Account Information
When you create an Everly account, we collect your name, email address, password, and wedding date.
Invitation Content
We store the content you create for your invitation, including design choices, text, photos, and customizations you upload.
RSVP Data
We collect guest information from RSVPs, including names, email addresses, dietary restrictions, and responses to custom questions.
Analytics Information
We automatically collect information about how you use Everly, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken. This helps us improve the Service.
How We Use Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To process payments and send billing information
- To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets)
- To send product updates and news (with your consent)
- To respond to your inquiries and customer support requests

Data Storage
Your personal information is stored on servers operated by Supabase, located in Canada. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols and encrypted at rest to protect against unauthorized access.
Third-Party Services
We share your information with the following third-party service providers:
LemonSqueezy
Payment processing. Your payment information is processed by LemonSqueezy and is not stored on our servers. See their privacy policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
Google Analytics
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with Everly. You can opt out by adjusting your browser settings or using Google's analytics opt-out extension.
Sentry
Error tracking and monitoring. We use Sentry to identify and fix technical issues. Sentry may collect limited technical information to help us diagnose problems.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service. When you delete your account or your invitation expires:
- Invitation data is retained for 30 days to allow for recovery
- After 30 days, all associated data is permanently deleted
- We may retain anonymized data for analytics and legal compliance purposes

Under PIPEDA and Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
Access Your Information
You can request a copy of all personal information we hold about you. We will provide this within 30 days of your request.
Correct Your Information
If any of your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that we correct it.
Delete Your Information
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw consent for us to use your information for marketing purposes at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

Children's Privacy
Everly is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the child's account.
